[Appetizer] Assortment of two seasonal appetizers

[Live fish] Live squid sashimi

*If squid is not available, we will serve live filefish.

[Sashimi] Assortment of five kinds of seasonal fish sashimi

[Horse meat sashimi] Grilled sashimi of specially selected horse meat from Kumamoto Prefecture, with smoked soy sauce

[Specialty] Domestic Wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables served on a ceramic plate with yuzu tortoiseshell sauce

[Grilled dish] Grilled silver cod with mirin

[Post-sashimi] Post-sashimi tempura of live squid

*If squid is not available, we will change the dish to live-killed squid tempura.

[Rice dish] Colorful rice with red snow crab and salmon roe

[Kokaka] Assortment of two kinds of pickles from Takayama Pickle Shop
