[Steamed dish] Squid shumai with sea urchin paste and salmon roe

[Grilled dish] Salt-grilled seasonal sweetfish

[Specialty] Domestic Wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables grilled on a magnolia leaf

[Post-sashimi] Post-sashimi tempura of live squid

[Final dish] Eel rice with dashi broth and grated yam
