[Appetizer] Seasonal small dish

[Live fish] Live squid sashimi

*If we do not have live squid available, we will serve whole marinated squid.

[Sashimi] Assortment of four kinds of seasonal fish sashimi

[Specialty] Kumamoto Prefecture Horse Sashimi ~Egg Yolk and Smoked Soy Sauce~

[Fried food] Fried monkfish with rice flour and a thick sauce made with seaweed and sea urchin

[Hot pot] Fugu hotpot

[Hashikoyasu] Japanese marinade of citrus fruits and fresh tomatoes

[Post-sashimi] Whole squid sashimi tempura

*If live squid is not available, the menu will be changed to a seafood and vegetable tempura platter.

[Final dish] Rice porridge to finish off the hot pot
