[Live fish] Live squid sashimi

*If live squid is unavailable, the dish will be changed to whole mackerel sashimi.

[Sashimi] Assortment of three kinds of seasonal fish sashimi

[Exquisite Dish] Two Kinds of Seared Chicken Tataki with Garlic Soy Sauce

[Grilled Dish] Grilled Spanish mackerel with plum and grated plum.

[Snack to accompany drinks] Japanese-style Caprese salad with tomatoes from Kumamoto Prefecture

[Post-sashimi] Whole squid sashimi tempura

*If squid is unavailable, we will offer a substitute item.

[Finishing dish] Chirashi rice with conger eel and seafood
