[Live Fish] Live Squid Sashimi

*If we are unable to source fresh squid, we will offer an alternative menu item.

[Sashimi] Assortment of three kinds of seasonal fish sashimi

[Sashimi] Kumamoto Prefecture horse sashimi cured with kelp

[Grilled Dish] Oven-baked hairtail fish with shiso pesto

[Exquisite Dish] Imari Beef and Manganji Pepper Simmered in Broth with Sansho Miso

[Palate Cleanser] Grilled eggplant and water shield in Tosa vinegar

[Later preparation] Squid tempura made from the leftover squid sashimi.

*If squid is unavailable, we will offer a substitute item.

[Finishing dish] Eel rice and grated yam in broth
