[Live Fish] Live Squid Sashimi

*If we are unable to obtain live squid, we will serve live filefish sashimi instead.

[Sashimi] Five kinds of seasonal fish sashimi

[Exquisite Product] Horse meat from Kumamoto Prefecture ~ Kyushu soy sauce ~

[Grilled Dish] Wakasa-style grilled golden snapper with burdock and balsamic sauce

[Hot Pot Dish] Imari Beef Oolong Shabu

[Post-sashimi] Live squid post-sashimi tempura or grilled with salt

*If squid is unavailable, we will provide a substitute item.

[Finishing dish] Tofu skin and seared sea bream rice ~pot style~
